07 May Sarah & Anthony’s Pre Wedding Shoot

Yesterday I spent the best part of Bank Holiday Monday with the lovely Sarah & Anthony Shooting their Pre Wedding experience. With their wedding taking place at the beautiful Yeldersley Hall in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, we decided to meet there to explore the grounds. Usually for a Pre Wedding Shoot I like to take my couples off on an adventure, somewhere a bit different to their Wedding Venue, but I am SO glad that we did shoot here as it was absolutely stunning , and so much to work with within the grounds of Yeldersley Hall.

I arrived a little earlier than Sarah & Anthony just to get my bearings of the Venue, and WOW! I was gob smacked on arrival. A traditional English Country House with a Rustic, Floral feel to it. As a photographer, I could already see so many places to work with and I could feel me getting creative from the word go.

On arrival of Sarah & Anthony we had a visit through out the Venue itself. This was useful for me as I could get more of an understanding of how the day would flow. I was shown the Bridal Suite (where Sarah would be getting ready), which had the most beautiful, traditional spiral stair case outside. Ceremony Room, which would then lead out into the courtyard ready for their confetti shots etc.

We continued into the rear garden of Yeldersley Hall to find ourselves surrounded by the most beautiful flower beds full of vibrant colour and smells reminding you of Sweet Sweet Summer. Sarah & Anthony were natural’s in front of the camera, I didn’t have to guide them through any specific poses , they were absolute naturals!

After such a wonderful day with you both, I am SO excited to be photographing your special day, and also attending as a guest after I have finished your first dance. Thankyou for choosing Sally Ashworth Photography to be a part of your special day, I shall very much look forward to seeing what you guys have installed for us
