Thorpe Garden Wedding – Lizzie & Adam
Probably one of my favourite venues to shoot at in around Staffordshire. Cripps & Co’s venues are just stunning, and they certainly know what they are doing to provide an exclusive wedding venue. Thorpe Garden’s is known for its stunning garden’s that bloom in every season and with the yurt positioned in the middle of the venue giving a rustic, natural style.
Within the Thorpe Estate is the Constantine house which is the boutique guest house with 21 rooms which has recently been renovated which is just perfect for all Bridal & Groom preparations.
Lizzie & Adam found me through Instagram and particularly enjoyed my natural, romantic documentary style photography that felt like fit their relationship and personalities to a tea! We had a wonderful coffee catch up at a local café in Denstone to talk about the gorgeous details of the day which included their main focus on the food and the dancing that they and their guests would be doing. Lizzie & Adam went to town on the details of the day having bright and colourful flowers and sophisticated gold details on the tables and also the perfect touch of the string quartet for drinks and canapes before their meal.
The evening reception took place in Thrope Garden’s Yurt which is a perfect location for cake cutting and plenty of dancing and Lizzie & Adam kept the space for exactly that, with also a photobooth available in one section of the yurt.
The day was just perfect and the sun shon for all of it which we were extremely grateful for. I felt truly honoured to document their day and wishing them a life time of happiness together.
